Our Nurny-Led Matching service provides a comprehensive hiring solution that encompasses screening, interviewing, scheduling meet & greets, and managing payroll. We take care of all the necessary legwork involved in finding the right childcare provider, giving you peace of mind. Our team conducts a thorough search for the perfect caregiver based on your needs and preferences, and we onboard them in accordance with your specifications. Ultimately, you have the final say in selecting the caregiver you want to collaborate with.

Pricing:

• Standard Care 

  Comprised of caregivers who are familiar with disability or neurodiversity. Child requires minimal (if any) therapeutic intervention in response to behavior or daily living needs

  *Rates begin at $35 per hour for monthly care schedules. Monthly and a-la-carte care schedules are subject to a one-time $175 standard match fee.

• Specialized Care

  Consists of caregivers who are experts in a specific field (e.g., speech, special education, psychology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, applied behavior analysis, etc.) to assist child development. Child may require specific therapeutic intervention in response to behavior or daily living needs.

  *Rates begin at $45 per hour for weekly care schedules. Monthly and a-la-carte care schedules are subject to a one-time $225 match fee.
