Best for families looking for a caregiver who is familiar with disability or neurodiversity, child requires minimal (if any) therapeutic intervention in response to behavior or daily living needs
Specialized Care Rates begin at $45 per hour
Best for families looking for a caregiver who is an expert in a specific field (e.g., speech, special education, psychology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, applied behavior analysis, etc.).
Family is seeking a caregiver with specific expertise with education and background to assist child development. Child may require specific therapeutic intervention in response to behavior or daily living needs.
Sibling Rates
For multiple children/siblings: $2 for every additional child/sibling (per hour)
2 kids = $2 additional per hour
3 kids = $4 additional per hour
4 kids = $6 additional per hour

Fostering Independence
Learning to navigate one’s environment without relying on others is a significant accomplishment. With encouragement and opportunity, our nannies will make use of contrived and naturalistic teaching to reinforce targeted skills.
Developmental Milestones
Achieving developmental milestones across domains allows your child to access the world in notable ways. It is our goal to assist your child in that process. By teaming with your therapy team, we will provide consistency in teaching these goals.
Facilitating Communication
There are various stages to communication, and we are here to support your child at each stage. Whether your child uses adapted American Sign Language (ASL), Picture Exchange Communication Systems (PECS), Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices, gestures, vocalizations or fluent speech, your nanny will nurture this skill.
Conscious Childcare
Our nannies play an active role in sessions. They are there to help promote generalization and maintenance of skills taught in the school of therapy and organize their sessions around such goals.
